If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from Cassia, we may collect your mobile phone number, messaging preferences, and records of your consent. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the text messaging services you have requested.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Program Description: By opting in to receive SMS messages from Cassia and its owned or managed communities, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages regarding senior living services, community events, tours, special offers, and related information. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply opt in again through one of our approved enrollment methods.
