New Cassia Email Users
What is a web-only (F3) license?
For those team members that only use email and occasional Microsoft Office files (like from Word or Excel), we have a license that allows you to use Office through a web browser. At https://www.microsoft365.com you will be able to access Outlook webmail and other Office applications online. These applications will not be installed for use on shared workstations and can only be used via a web browser.
How do I know if I have a web-only (F3) license?
If you currently use a generic account for login purposes and are receiving an email address for the first time, including a username and password for Windows, you have a web-only license. Also, if you work primarily at a shared workstation, this is another indication that you have a web-only license. This means you will need to sign in to the shared workstation with your new credentials to access your current care programs, access your email, Office applications, and files at https://www.microsoft365.com/
Can I upgrade from a web-only (F3) license to another license type?
Reach out to M365Support@cassialife.org if you think you will need more functionality.
