With this acquisition, Cassia strengthens its presence in the Cedar Rapids area and reaffirms its commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality senior care.

This setting offers residents the balance of support and serenity. While Cassia now owns the property itself, management will continue with the same high standards that the team has upheld since 2019.

Meanwhile, the Villas at Stoney Point—the independent living community on the same campus—will remain under its current ownership and continue to be managed separately.
