Celebrating Devon: A Farewell to Our Diversity and Inclusion Intern

Cassia Home Office staff gathered recently to say goodbye to Devon, our exceptional diversity and inclusion intern as he headed off to school. We celebrated Devon’s remarkable achievements during his time with us and listened to him share the projects he completed.

From June through August 2024, Devon was instrumental in developing tools, training, and activities designed to foster a more inclusive environment for our residents, staff, and family members. His dedication and hard work have had a profound impact on our communities.

We are proud of everything Devon has accomplished and look forward to seeing the positive impacts he will continue to make in the future.
