Allina Health Restorative Suites in Plymouth, MN, recently achieved a deficiency-free nursing survey from the Minnesota Department of Health, confirming its commitment to quality care and regulatory compliance in assisted living.
The survey followed a comprehensive review of the care and services provided at AHRS, a transitional care unit.
Excellence in Quality Care
“Achieving a deficiency-free survey is a significant milestone in our industry, representing full compliance with rigorous standards. It demonstrates the dedication, compassion and hard work of our entire team,” AHRS Administrator Cade Rose says.
“We are incredibly proud of our staff for this outstanding achievement. The results and recognition reaffirm our commitment to delivering exceptional care and reinforces the trust placed in us by our residents, families, and broader community,” Cade says.
TCU Survey Compliance
Transitional care units must comply with federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements to receive payment under Medicare or Medicaid programs. The state completes regular, unannounced surveys to ensure settings remain in compliance with regulations and provide safe, quality care.
Minnesota Department of Health surveyors evaluated the processes, procedures, general operations and physical plants, as well as information submitted by AHRS staff. Surveyors also interviewed staff, residents and family members of residents to gain perspective on the care provided at AHRS.
