Karina, who moved from Ukraine to Davenport in 2024, has found more than a job at Meadowview of Davenport—she’s found a welcoming community that helped her begin a new chapter in the United States. Since joining the team as a receptionist, she has become a warm, familiar face to residents, families and visitors, building meaningful relationships and living out Cassia’s mission through everyday kindness.
