Erin Peppin’s commitment to caring for others began at home and grew stronger through personal loss, perseverance, and her work at Park View Health Care Center. As a CNA and LPN raising a young daughter, Erin worked toward her goal of becoming a Registered Nurse while facing the financial strain of school and family responsibilities. Support from the Minnesota Dual Training Grant eased that burden, giving Erin the flexibility to focus on learning, family, and the residents she serves each day. Her story reflects how public partnerships and donor support help Cassia caregivers grow while continuing to provide strong, compassionate care for older adults.
