Face of Caring – Nursing Assistants Week – June 2021

Resident Care Aide Gail Worrell has worked at Cassia’s Trinity Springs community in Oxford, Florida for two years, since the community opened. “Gail is a tremendous asset to Trinity Springs,” says Director of Health Services Danielle Murphy. “She is so full of love and life and brings a smile to any occasion. Gail has a passion for music and dancing and you will always find her singing and dancing with others to bring a smile to their faces.

Recently, Gail took on the challenge of becoming a permanent caregiver in our memory support program—and residents and families couldn’t be happier. You will always find Gail going the extra mile to help residents know they are a part of our Trinity family. Gail’s favorite quote comes from Maya Angelou:
