Care Attendant Sarah Theis “is one of the most caring people I have ever met, with a heart of gold,” writes Cassia’s Park Terrace Assisted Living and Memory Care Director Jill Pingel. “She goes above and beyond the call of duty, thinking outside the box for ways to help residents. She’s often two steps ahead in looking for ways to help out her co-workers. Residents look forward to her brightening their days, whether it’s chatting while cleaning their apartment or doing hair. Sarah loves hearing the stories that the residents have to share. She has also stayed after her normal shifts to help curl/set residents’ hair. There are just so many positive comments about her from our residents and co-workers,” Jill adds. When asked about her motivation for coming to work, Sarah responds, “Hands down, the residents!”
